How to order.
Step 1:Fill in the quick and easy form at the top. Make sure that you are as specific as possible with your request.
Step 2: Pay 50% deposit, send the proof of payment with your logo and details for the promotional items back to us.
Step3:Your Design mock up will be done, when approved it goes into Production.
Step 4:4-7 days later your Branded Promotional items will be delivered. Remember to pay your outstanding 50% to ensure dispatch.
What file format should my logo be in?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG or vector artwork. If your file is low quality, our designers will advise you before production.
Can you help if I don’t have a logo?
Yes! Our design team can help create a simple event-ready logo or assist with layout and branding.
Do I get a design mock-up before printing?
Absolutely — nothing goes into production without your approval.
How long does production take?
Most items take 4–7 working days after artwork approval, depending on the quantity and product type.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa via our trusted courier partners.
Do you charge for design?
Every order has a R299 design fee. So one design charge per invoice.
Can I collect instead of delivery?
Yes — collections can be arranged from our admin office by appointment.
Do the colours on the final item match what I see on screen?
We aim for close colour accuracy, but screen colours and print colours may vary slightly. Pantone colours can be requested for more accuracy.
